I am not limited by the lumps you see, the many imperfections that catch your eyes.
I am not limited by the laws you read, letter after letter demanding your prompt perfection.
I am not limited to the words you hear, the lies masquerading as you.
Listen, My dear, My grace has more power than they.
And I promise, My dear, no matter what you may hear, that darkness cannot attain your name.
Your lumps and your flaws are not who you are ever since I overcame the grave.
No, you are not the same since Love changed your name, for I am shaping you with My hands.
Yes, I am making your heart to mimic Mine.
And yes, Your father is molding you to do exactly what you were made to do.
For My grace is sufficient, and, My child, You are living proof of what My love can do.
A truly skilled potter is not limited by the clay he uses, and he’s not limited by the lumps others see on his masterpiece.
He doesn’t look past the lumps or the clay and just ignore them, but He has a plan in mind for them.
God has a plan to shape your heart, change your words, and mold your thoughts to reflect Him. There are days where we can’t possibly understand how He could use us or forgive us, but His grace is sufficient to cover every one of our blemishes. His strength can be shown most through our weaknesses. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
John 3:16 never said “For God so loved those who did everything right” or “For God so loved those who prayed the right amount and read their bible ‘enough'” No, it says “For God so loved the WORLD, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever BELIEVES in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”
No matter what you do or where you go, I pray that you would never stop believing in the love of our Potter who can turn a lump of clay into something so beautiful. The hands of our truly skilled Potter can smooth out our lumps and clean up all our edges, then polish them with His grace.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.
Philippians 1:6 And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion in the day of Christ.
Hebrews 10:10-12 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once and for all. And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God. (just read all of Hebrews 10 :))
Psalm 130:3-4 If You, O’ Lord, marked iniquities, O’ Lord, who could stand? But with You there is forgiveness, that you may be feared
